In case a product received by you is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Exchange & Cancellations policies have got you covered.

Products can be exchanged for a different size, damaged condition, product mismatch, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for the item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

	Product must be returned in its original packaging.
	Product wasn’t used.
	Product must include original tags (if applicable).
	Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
	To replace a damaged product, you must have a video of “package opening” to confirm the product was received in damage condition.

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
